Academic Year
The academic year begins in September and ends in June. The workdays are Sunday through Thursday. The normal school timings are from 7:30 AM to 2:15 PM (Qatar Standard Time). The first week of September is devoted to the study of the programs, preparation of term plans, participation in pre-term seminars and workshops, and all the necessary procedures before the students' arrivals. Each student and teacher is important in creating our community.

ADMINISTRATION: 
MIS has a faculty and administration dedicated to the highest standards of achieving academic excellence and is committed to diversity. The administration is a clearly defined workable organizational structure whereby the goals and objectives are carried out. 

It is responsible to see that the school policies are applied in and out of the classrooms, and the real task of the administration is to make a coherent, effective, working unit out of a large number of teachers and students as well as following up on each class progress and

Current Data MIS
Continues to grow each year at a rapid pace. We now have 300 students in our elementary department (EC-1 to Grade 5) and 200 students in out middle and high school (Grade 6 to 12) department.
Educational Programm
Based on the American curriculum where we have core subjects such as Math, Science, Social Studies, Language Arts in addition to Foreign Language, Music, Arts, Physical Education, Computer Studies and newly announced courses like Economics, Photography, History of Qatar, Early childhood care, and teaching assistant focusing on both elementary and secondary school.

MIS Parent Community
The MIS Parent Community also supports ideas and participates actively with teachers in some areas of the school program. Note, a 10-minute homeroom period every Monday morning is provided for attendance, field trip information and other announcements.
Pupil Services
MIS identifies the needs, interests, attitudes and goals of all students with adequate educational, personal, social, and career guidance. Services extend from mastery learning throughout and including library, computer labs, science labs, physical education, social clubs, and extra curricular activities.

A well-organized physical plant facility that enables staffs to effectively implement the school program.

School fees are reasonable according to the services provided.

MIS has a well-qualified staff that effectively fulfills its responsibilities.
